I had the pleasure of going through David Butler’s training and executive coaching process during the entire 2019 calendar year. What I found most compelling about David’s approach is that he doesn’t separate the application of his training to just the professional side of your life.

For example, one of the first things we worked on was something called a “Personal Constitution”. This forced me to take a long hard look at the things that were important to me both professionally and personally.

David combined both group and one-to-one coaching that benefited, not only me, but my colleagues as well. His coaching opened my eyes to new perspectives on connecting with people, not only at the office, but also at home.

I will always value the time I got to spend being coached and mentored by him.
