5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your experience. Your rights to a refund are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• For Services (e.g., live courses, tutoring): You have a 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel your purchase, starting from the day you sign up. If you start using the service within this 14-day period with your express consent, you will be required to pay for the value of the service that was provided up to the point you cancel.
• For Digital Content (e.g., downloadable resources): The 14-day cooling-off period is waived if you consent to immediate access to the digital content at the time of purchase and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download or access begins.
