The survey was distributed to the building administrator for our 2020-2021 completers. Of the 53 administrators contacted, 28 responded.

Principals rated ISU completers, by name, on the Framework for Teaching scale (Unsatisfactory = 1, Basic = 2, Proficient = 3, Distinguished = 4).

Employers (administrators/principals) perceived the strength of ISU completers to be in understanding the value of working with colleagues, families, and community agencies to meet learner needs (M = 3.46, SD = 0.69) and using self-reflection as a means of improving performance (M = 3.46, SD = 0.64). The greatest perceived growth opportunity is in using strategies that support new English language learners (M = 3.08, SD = 0.56).
