PikeView Middle Vendor Event Contract 

Name of the Event: PVMS Fall Festival

Date of the Event: October 25th, 2023  

Cost: $25 per table

A table and chairs will be provided.  

All fees are non-refundable.  

Checks should be made to PikeView Middle School.

The event will run from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  

Vendors may begin to set up at 5:00 pm.  

Registration: Vendor forms must be submitted one week before the event.

PikeView Middle School will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise or injury that may occur during the Fall Festival.
