MASALA DOSA 

Masala is a traditional filling of spiced mashed potatoes, green peas and cashews.

MYSORE MASALA DOSA

Dosa with thin spread of a spicy lentil chutney, typical of the Indian city of Mysore and filled with spiced mashed potatoes, green peas and cashews.

LAMB KEEMA  DOSA

Dosa is filled with minced meat, ginger, garlic, spices and herbs.

CHICKEN TIKKA DOSA

Dosa is filled with tender chicken tikka cooked in the tandoori oven.

UTTAPAM

Slightly thicker, pancake-style variation of the Dosa (rice and lentil crepe), variety of savory toppings. Each Uttapam is also served with fresh coconut and tomato chutneys and sambar. Gluten Free. Can be prepared dairy free.

TANDOORI DISHES

Roasted at 500F in the direct heat of a traditional clay Tandoor oven. Served with a salad. Gluten Free. (Cooking time 10 Minutes)
