Dashboard Inventory Question Guide |
This guide provides broad guidance for using UCSB’s data dashboard inventory.
The guide includes questions that can be answered with the dashboards. The links after each question go to specific rows in the dashboard inventory. Dashboards cover a number of years; all can be disaggregated.
Note that “limited viewing” dashboards require a Tableau login. If you need a login, contact Linda Adler-Kassner at ladler@ucsb.edu.

What questions can the dashboard answer?
The data dashboards address initial questions about instruction, students, and faculty. All data are and/or can be disaggregated by many different characteristics. Categories for disaggregation are listed in the dashboard inventory.
