  • Social Listening: Query and aggregate social data from multiple marketing research and analytics 3rd party sources with the focus on retail acquisition through social media and discovery of trends and opportunities.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Inform multiple departments with actionable insights and overall picture takeaways that guide strategic initiatives for existing clients, new business pitches, and competitive analysis to find new business opportunities.
  • Client Monitoring: Manage daily social listening for all existing clients and their industries across multiple channels, keeping the social media department up to date on both potential crises and marketing opportunities.
  • Data Visualization: Complement social listening insights with data visualization assets that are used for preparing new business pitch decks, campaign strategy development, periodic reporting. Build custom web based dashboards for both internal use and clients using a variety of tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Tableau, Zoomph, or HTML embeds.
  • Role Development: Social Listening in the agency is less than 2 years old, and since joining ZADV, I have developed a trends dashboard, established agency-wide processes, and helped to bring the Digital and Strategy departments closer to the Social department, acting as a liaison between the three for more efficient use of social data.
