Pravar Pro - Marketplace Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pravar Pro applications and services ("Apps") available on the SaaS Marketplace ("Marketplace"). By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Apps, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Apps.
2. Licence
Pravar Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our Apps solely for your business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute our Apps to any third party without our prior written consent.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
a. Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.
b. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our Apps.
c. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Apps or any related systems or networks.

Pravar Pro is committed to maintaining the security and privacy of your data. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Support and Updates
We will make reasonable efforts to provide support for our Apps and ensure they are functional. Pravar Pro may release updates or enhancements to our Apps, and it is your responsibility to keep them up to date.
6. Termination
Pravar Pro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our Apps and, if requested, delete or destroy any copies you may have.

a. Pravar Pro makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our Apps.
b. Pravar Pro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pravar Pro be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use or inability to use our Apps.
9. Changes to Terms
Pravar Pro may update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the Marketplace. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Pravar Pro is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
