   I.                     Erin Spergel – Co-chair of Nominating Committee, running PTA and SLT elections

-          Thanks to everyone who has served on the PTA Executive Board and SLT

-          It is possible to nominate yourself tonight for a position on PTA Executive Board and SLT

-          Intros to PTA Exec Board – each new board member will do a short intro

-          10 candidates for 3 open seats on SLT – they have submitted statements and have one minute to speak

-          Currently the Exec Board positions are uncontested

-          There are two positions with no nominations: President Elect and Chair of Food Services

-          Speakers – incoming PTA Exec Board:

o   Cara Zwerling – President

o   Inna Kalin – Co-Treasurer

o   Co-Treasurer – Andrew deSchino

o   Recording Secretary – Theresa Sheehan  

o   Chair of Fundraising – Sara Murphy

o   Chair of Events – Danielle Mendez

o   Chair of Community Events – Dani Kim

o   Chair of Technology – Jimmy Schementi

o   Chair of Auctions & Sponsorships – Jaymie Kelly

o   Chair of Programs – Sarah Shears

o   Chair of Marketing & Communications – Jaime Costas

o   Chair of Afterschool Programming – Claudia Freeman

-          Member at Large: 3 candidates, none in attendance

 II.        Jaymie Kelly, PTA President

-          Not having a President Elect is a potential problem for future PTAs

-          Budget update has been delayed because of transition between treasurers; update will be on the website next week

III.       Debby Wattenbarger, Parent Coordinator

-          New York City school survey is out. This year it’s all online and virtual

-          Complete one survey per child

-          Code: F + 9-digit student number (call her if confused)

III.       Sarah Shears, incoming Head of Programming

-          Goal is one enrichment per grade – chess, music, capoeira, New York Historical Society, ballroom dancing
