EWMHS Yearbook Deadlines for Senior Year

CADY SENIOR PORTRAITS
- Senior Pictures must be taken by CADY. There is a sitting fee. There will be sessions at the school –schedule your appointment online at cady.com.
- There will also be ONE make-up date at the school for yearbook poses only in the FALL (you will not be able to pick your pose–it will be in November at the last minute).

- Choose your senior photo by OCTOBER 31st. Vertical tux/drape pose with gray background ONLY (see directions from CADY when they email you).
- No senior portrait will be accepted for yearbook submission after OCTOBER 31st. CADY submits all portraits directly to us—you need to get your portrait taken by them BEFORE OCTOBER 31st in order for this to be uploaded.
**ALL PICTURES FOR SENIOR TUX/DRAPE PHOTOS FOR THE SENIOR YEARBOOK SECTION MUST BE COMPLETED BY CADY–NO EXCEPTION. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. MS. ANDERSON DOES NOT DO APPOINTMENTS.
BABY PICTURES
- Submit ONE baby picture by October 31 to this link:
https://photos.jostens.com/NYXDYZ (will be available when school year starts)
- Fill out your Information. Select Portrait. Upload your image.
- You can also email your image to landerson@wcpss.net. PLEASE include your NAME. No picture will be accepted after this date.
SENIOR QUOTES
- Submit senior quote by October 31 to this link: tinyurl.com/ewhsquote
- Quote must be 140 characters or less and must be school-appropriate. Please give credit to the source of the quote if it is not yourself and proofread your quote. If your quote is not used, it was not considered appropriate. Please check your email, as we will contact you regarding your quote if it is NOT appropriate and will only do so one time.
- If we do not receive a certain number of quotes, we will not publish them. Senior quotes are at the discretion of the yearbook staff and adviser.
SENIOR ADS
- To receive the Early Pricing, your ad MUST be completed and paid for by DECEMBER 31.
- You must go online at www.jostensadservice.com to pay with a credit card. All pictures must be turned in digitally. (This service will be turned on as we start the school year on 8/19–if you have questions, email landerson@wcpss.net).
Full $250 Half $175 Quarter $125 Eighth $65
- Parents will design their ad on Jostens Ad Service. Please contact landerson@wcpss.net with any question or concerns. There will be no individual design sessions.
- AD SPACE is limited and we usually sell out of space. Order early to ensure your senior will have an ad!
- Prices will INCREASE after December 31st and space is NOT guaranteed after this date. (If space remains, NO AD WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FEBRUARY 9th due to deadline needs.)
YEARBOOKS (will be on sale at the start of the school year. Order early for best pricing.)
