Tennis Court Booking T&Cs for the website
General
- Tennis court bookings are non refundable
- Dogs are not permitted on tennis courts
- Please take all litter home with you and the leave the courts as you would expect to find them
- Riding of bicycles and scooters is strictly prohibited on courts
- People not playing sports or waiting for their time slot should respect players on court by keeping noise and distractions to a minimum
- The courts are booked online, please respect other players and move off the court at the end of your session
- Please respect your own and others possessions. Myatt’s Fields Park Project and Lambeth Council accepts no responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged on the premises
- Lost property, balls or equipment found should be handed in to the Park Management Office at the Park Depot, or the Little Cat Café
- The players should monitor the tennis court prior to usage to ensure that it is in good order, fit for purpose and presents no hazards. In the event any structural or maintenance issues are observed, you must take appropriate action to ensure the safety of your platers and either remove the hazards or report them to Myatt’s Fields Park Management
- Damaged caused whilst as Myatt’s Fields Park tennis courts is chargeable to the offender(s). To the extent permitted by law, Myatt’s Fields Park Project and Lambeth Council will not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred during play at Myatt’s Fields Park in any weather / ground conditions
- Personal items should not be left on the premises overnight. Appropriate sporting attire should be worn on court and shirts must be worn at all times. Players are required to wear non-marking footwear when on court
- Only coaches who have an agreement from Myatt’s Fields Park Project management may charge for coaching services
- With the exception of emergency vehicles, at no point are vehicles are allowed within the Parkland during this agreement period. Any unauthorised vehicles within the Parkland will be liable for a penalty fine.
- Any anti social behaviour, criminal activity or damage should be reported immediately to the Metropolitan Police on 101 followed by notifying incidences and reporting any damage to Myatt’s Fields Park Management. In any instance which user group personal’s safety or life is at threat the user groups should contact 999 immediately.
Court Bookings
- Court bookings are available on the hour for 60 minutes. A pay before you play policy is enforced. Bookings and payments must be made online at www.myattsfieldspark.info
- On arrival at the court, at the start of your session, show your confirmation text message or email to anyone using the court and politely ask them to finish their session
- If you are playing on the court, please respect other players who have booked the court after you and move off when required
- Court usage in poor weather or light conditions is at the individual’s own risk, Myatt’s Fields Park Project and Lambeth Council accept no responsibility for any injuries caused whilst playing on the tennis courts
- Some courts are reserved for Myatt’s Fields Park Project for coaching sessions
Cancellation Policy
- All fees are non refundable.
- No cancellation.No refunds will be made available in the case of adverse weather conditions or poor light if the Park is still open.
- The full court fee applies if a player chooses to play in adverse weather conditions / on slippery surfaces
- The full court fee applies if a player chooses to play for less than the allocated 60 minutes
- Exemption: Refunds will only be made if the Park has to be closed for any reason.
- No cash refunds will be made, refunds will be made online back to the account it was originally paid from
