July 2025 Update:
The final plan was approved by Corvallis City Council and revised the city’s Transportation System Plan.
February 2025 Update:
The final concept plan is shown here and includes a potential roundabout at the intersection of Western and West Hills. Funding for corridor improvements has not been fully identified.
June 2023 Update:
Join the City of Corvallis and Benton County for an upcoming open house to look closer at the corridor plan underway on SW West Hills Road between Western Blvd and 53rd Street. The event will be a snapshot into developing alternative design concepts of the street that may inform future development or a not yet funded construction project.
You are invited to either attend the open house or visit the project website to view the initial concepts and provide your feedback.
What: Community open house – no formal presentation, drop by anytime to view exhibits and speak with the project team
When: Tuesday June 13th from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

May 2024 Update
Benton County and the city expect to finalize the West Hills Corridor Plan by the end of FY24 (end of June). It presents the Alternative C that was subject of public review at the fairgrounds in November 2023.
