ELA

This week we will wrap up our district assessment on research based writing. Through poetry and literary texts, we will look for character traits and write in narrative format; we will identify language and rhythm in poetry. We will also continue to identify plot and character traits through narratives.

Mrs. Coleman’s students will be given their Milton Hershey essay to rewrite for extra credit on Monday, December 10th. The essay will need to be turned in by Monday, December 17th.

Band

Focus: The Band is working on their Christmas Concert Music that will take place on December 12th.

Band Fundraisers this year:  World’s Finest Chocolate Sale in January.

Our Christmas Concert is on December 12th in the LCOMS Gym  The concert will begin@ 6pm

Students can dress in Christmas outfits.  They can wear Christmas hats, but the lights need to be turned off during the concert if there are lights on their hat.  

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE CONCERT HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE LCOMS GYM ON THE 12th
