Parents and Guardians of Online Learners,

On Monday, October 12th, the Tidehaven ISD School Board voted unanimously to return to face-to-face instruction for all students on Monday, October 19, 2020.  The Board of Trustees considered information from district administrators and all campus principals in discussing the current situation and the best educational method moving forward.

As of today, the secondary campus has only had two positive cases of COVID, one high school student and one junior high student.  All health and safety protocols will remain in place including:

Should your family decide to return to face-to-face instruction, we are ready and happy to have you back!  Students may return to campus immediately, but not later than October 19, 2020.

Should your family decide not to return to face-to-face instruction, some available options are:

  1. Home School
  2. Transfer to another school district that offers Remote Instruction

Notify your campus of your decision, complete required paperwork, and return all Tidehaven ISD devices, textbooks, and supplies.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact your campus principal.

Thanks for all you do!
