1. How to submit your event:

Users can login to submit their event and to view already submitted events. Login Here  New users will need to register.  All race listings are free.

Did you submit a race last year? It's easy to update! Login Here, select "Past Events" and update your race for 2024!

2. General guidelines for submitting your event

Race Title: Name of your Event/Race

        Race Names Guidelines

DO NOT type in all caps.

DO NOT use special characters. Please type and instead of &.

DO NOT include year specific information such as Third Annual, Inaugural, 2020

DO NOT include 'benefiting' or 'presented by'

All these can be included in the race description. We are looking for just the name here.

If a race has 2 names, separate parts by a -

Example: Victory Races - Steve Williams Memorial 5K

Race Description: Tell us about your event. Event descriptions will be available on the website event page but not published in the book.

Race Date(s): Date of your Event/Race.

        Race Date Guidelines

If a race spans 2 days, just put in the start date. (like for 100 milers)

If a race has multiple events on different dates, enter separate races for each date that has events. Example: Superior Fall Trail Race has multiple events on different days. 100M Friday, 50M and 26.2 on Saturday. Create 2 separate listings for the respective dates, include the respective events for each listing.

• Superior Fall Trail Race - 100M,  Friday
• Superior Fall Trail Race - 50M and 26.2,  Saturday

Race Category: (distance) Select all race distances being offered at your event. Select all that apply.

Race Tag: (index)  Help us categorize your event to make it easier for people to find. Select all that apply. There may be an event listed in both the 5k and trail run.

• Kids Run
• 1 or 2 mile, 4K
• 5K
• 4 mile - 8K - 5 mile
• 10K
• 12K - 15K -10 mile
• Half Marathon
• 25K - 20 mile
• Marathon
• Multi-Sport
• Ultra - Endurance
• Trail
• Other Events (Training Camps, Relays, Stair Climbs, Cross Country)

Photo or Logo: (optional) High resolution photos may be published in the book. Logos will be added to the website event page.

Event Location: Address

City/State: Self explanatory

Organizer Information: (one of the below required)

Race Director - Name and email

Organization - Name and email

Event Website: race url, facebook page or online registration link

Email: an email address that you check regularly. for proofing only - not public - Required!
