What can I expect from the event?
Discover a Singapore beyond postcards—where back-alley murals, hidden palaces, and untold stories await. In MONOPOLY: HIDDEN Singapore, the classic game is reimagined: players don’t just buy properties, they uncover them. Guided by HIDDEN’s storytelling, the journey reveals the people, cultures, myths, flavors, and moments often overlooked. Joining the adventure is Void Deck Cat, a playful trickster leaving clues, while Mr. Monopoly steps off the board to explore the city’s streets. This is more than a game—it’s a passport to the city’s soul, a love letter to curiosity, exploration, and the joy of finding what’s hidden in plain sight.
Where is the experience located?
The experience starts at SMU Connexion - 40 Stamford Rd, Singapore 178908.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This entire trail takes place in an outdoor environment.  The Experience remains open in all weather except dangerous conditions (e.g. lightning, flooding, government advisories). Players are advised to pause or reschedule their play if severe weather makes conditions unsafe.
How long does the experience last?
Participants typically spend 1.5 to 2 hours completing the trail, depending on their pace.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Food and beverage are not included in the ticket.
Is there parking available?
Yes, paid parking is available within SMU. Parking fees are not included in the ticket price.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot guarantee additional sessions. For the most current schedule and availability, please refer to the experience page.
🎮 Gameplay & Structure
Can I play with friends?
Yes! You can form teams of up to 5 players, though solo play is also possible. Each player must have their own ticket. Team setup instructions will be provided when the game begins.
How many participants are allowed per team?
You can play solo or in teams. For the best experience, we recommend teams of 2 to 5 participants. Each participant must have their own ticket.
What time can I play?
The Experience is available daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (last session at 5:00 PM)
When does the Experience end?
You can play anytime between 29Â August and 31 December 2025.
What happens after I purchase my ticket?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email from both Fever and HIDDEN (sent to the email address used for ticket purchase). The email from HIDDEN will include your unique game code and a link to set up your game.
If you have used an Apple Login with the "Hide my Email" function, please reach out to Hidden at support@hiddenxp.com to get your game link.
If you do not receive this email from HIDDEN, 30 minutes before your scheduled session at the latest, please contact HIDDEN, at support@hiddenxp.com.
Once you complete the setup, you'll receive the game instructions directly via WhatsApp.
Do I need to use a phone or app to play?
Yes, each participant needs a smartphone with WhatsApp installed. No additional app downloads are required.
Do I need an active internet connection?
Yes, a stable internet connection is required to receive clues and send answers throughout the experience.
What types of challenges are involved?
There are 11 clues in total. Solving each clue unlocks directions to the next location.
Are there any restricted areas during the game?
Participants should not enter any shops or restricted areas unless specifically instructed as part of the trail.
What if I need help in the game?
Just type “Help” during the game to access a list of support commands. If you are stuck, hints are available. There is also the option to skip the clue if required.

What is the contingency plan for bad weather?
The Experience remains open in all weather except dangerous conditions (e.g. lightning, flooding, government advisories). Players are advised to pause or reschedule their play if severe weather makes conditions unsafe.

Are there any age restrictions for the game?
This experience is suitable for all ages. However, children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No, tickets are not sold on site. They must be purchased online via the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or Fever Website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Please note: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances. Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printed tickets are not required. You can access your ticket via the Fever app (in the "Tickets" section) or your email confirmation. For Fever app login, please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.Â
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, group bookings can be made up to the ticket limit shown on the app or website (based on availability). No special arrangements or custom group bookings are available for this experience.
🚪 Access to the Event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
You must begin the experience within 60 minutes of your selected start time.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No animals are allowed at the event location.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, this trail is not wheelchair accessible. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
This is a self-guided experience with walking and does not include seating.

There are public restrooms available for use along the trail.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to take photos and share them — just be mindful of other participants. Tripods and professional equipment are not allowed.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Since this is an outdoor experience, there is no Lost & Found.
Will there be an audio guide?
