9:00-9:15 : What is Universal Design for Learning (video) (Principal Wetzel)

9:15 - 10:00 : TA Curbs (Jamboard and debrief) (VP Bailey)

10:00 - 10:15 : BREAK

10:15 - 10:20 : Breathing Exercise (VP Chen)

10:20 - 10:35 : Student Annual Success Plan (Principal Wetzel)

10:15 - 10:40: DeStreaming Support Plan and Use of Credit Recovery to address curbs from last year and what we are seeing now in destreaming classes. (Principal Wetzel)

10:40 - 12:00 : Departments meet to discuss the curbs and ramps in their specific classes (populate Google Sheet) and then debrief to larger group (VP Chen)

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch

1:00 - 1:30 : Explore new Literacy and Numeracy changes to the curriculum and stress how both are the business of all departments

1:30 - 2:45: Departments to come up with the tasks of what assignments/units need to be adapted to fit UDL while also taking into account the Lit and Num changes (Principal Wetzel)

(note: Department heads will give updates at our monthly DH Meetings as to the work that is being done on their curbs)

        (note: PD proposals will be submitted based on these plans and will have to have a focus on UDL)
