How To Generate Normal Maps From Diffuse With FFXIV Loose Texture Compiler

Step 1: Enable “Generate Normal” and click Generate
Step 2: Test in game.
Step 3: Done!
You can provide a mask telling the normal generation to ignore certain parts of the diffuse (Paint over parts you want to block)
If you want to flip the results so that they go inwards you can select the following by right clicking and clicking “Edit Texture Set Values”
After hitting confirm, the result will now be opposite.
