Appetizers and Salads
Winter Salad - Mixed greens with NC apples, golden raisins, parmesan cheese, pecans, marinated onions and a balsamic honey dressing. $7 /  Add Chicken $14

Pulled Pork Nachos -Pulled smoked pork (or chicken), black beans,  melted cheeses, red onion cilantro slaw, and crumbled queso fresco $12

Chicken and Waffle Fries - Sweet potato waffle fries, pecan-panko breaded chicken bites, spicy bourbon maple syrup, sweet and spicy crema, blue cheese crumbles, bacon and marinated onions. $12

Steamed Black Mussels - 1 lb of black mussels, steamed in a white wine-herb-garlic broth. Served with toasts. $12

Sarah’s Gumbo - Pork sausage, chicken, onions, celery, peppers and okra in a dark roux with rice. Served with bread or hushpuppies.

Oysters on the Half Shell - Raw Gulf oysters with all your favorite accompaniments.  6 for $10 or 12 for $19

Seasonal Flatbread - Roasted grapes, blue cheese, onions, balsamic and bacon. $10


The Cuban - Creole mustard & yellow mustard, ham and pulled pork, pickles and fontina, pressed and melted on crunchy french bread. Served with one side $10

Shrimp and Pimento Tacos - Grilled or fried Gulf shrimp, house cajun pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato and remoulade. Served with one side. $12

Greenbrier Ramen Bowl - Pork belly braised in sake and bone  broth from Greenbrier farms pork, soft boiled egg, pickled bamboo shoots, enoki mushrooms, rice noodles, scallions, and garlic-sesame oil. $17

Apple Butter BBQ Quail - Two semi boneless grilled quail topped with apple butter bbq sauce and served over sweet potatoes and green beans. With apples, marinated onions and pecans. $19

Seafood Linguine - Linguine pasta with mussels, shrimp, greens, onions, roasted red peppers, cooked in a garlic white wine sauce topped with breadcrumbs and parmesan. $19

Citrus- Fennel Grilled Trout  - Grilled NC trout fillet served over wild rice & beets with almond and cranberry and asparagus. Topped with citrus, fennel & pistachios. $21


All our steaks are served with two sides and your choice of bread or hushpuppies.

Filet Mignon- 6 oz angus filet, cooked to order. $25

Flat-Iron – Our most lean cut, best medium or med-rare. $19

Ribeye – Hand Cut to order- ¾ pound average.  $28
