SLEEEP is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our Website Users (hereafter referred to as “you” or “your”).

This Privacy Policy, in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed, as well as your rights regarding the collection and use of your data.

We use industry standard storage service to store your Files and other Information.

    As we are a company licensed and based in Hong Kong, under HKSAR law, we are required to keep data for a period of 7 years after the termination of your relationship with us. We generally will delete any data after 7 years.

    You have the ability to access, add, delete, modify, or save Files and other Information regarding your stay with SLEEEP.

    You have the ability to disclose, restrict, or access information that you have provided or that is made available to you regarding your stay with SLEEEP.

    You have the ability to control how your information may be accessed, modified, or deleted.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

    We do our best to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) made effective in the EU on May 25, 2018.     Our Services are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. In accordance with the terms of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) , we have the right to and may charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access request.

In the event that you wish to access or amend his or her personal information and data, we may request that you provide personal details in order to verify and confirm his or her identity. A HKID card number or passport number or business registration certificate number cannot be amended unless such data is proved to be inaccurate.

We are required to respond to your request within thirty (30) days of your request and will endeavor to do so wherever possible.
