We’re a popular venue for locals and visitors, with 22,000 members. We employ 90-100 people in a variety of positions, both front and back of house. We can offer employment (when positions are available) and are interested in taking on Apprentice Chefs and potentially students for traineeships. |

Community Connect Southern Shoalhaven | Community Connect Southern Shoalhaven is a community organisation run by volunteers for volunteers. Our goal is to help community volunteers and groups to Communicate, Collaborate, Share and Succeed together. We achieve this through communication and connection, direct assistance and advice, information and education, and regular public meetings. NSW POLICE FORCE | We patrol public areas, maintain public order, enforce laws and make arrests. Police gather evidence and investigate crimes to protect the public and support the criminal justice system. Work locations are varied and may include offices, courts, urban streets and rural areas.
Pathways to NSW Police Force include Policing University Certificate of Workforce. Flexible study pathways. Provide information presentations on recruitment process and what is available within the Police Force. Assist with physical requirements. |
NSW SES Ulladulla Unit | Our Unit is made up completely of volunteers. When the community is impacted by Storms, Floods or Tsunamis we are there to help and we assist all other local emergency services (Police, Fire and Ambulance) when requested. Volunteers complete training that meets these needs. Our skills are transferrable as we gain AQF qualifications. Your local SES Unit provides opportunities for you to acquire employability skills that are nationally accredited whilst you help your local community at times of greatest need. There are teamwork opportunities, leadership opportunities, opportunities in Field Work and Management arenas once some skills are acquired. Skills are transferable nationwide and can be carried with you into employment. Suitably skilled and available volunteers will also have the opportunity to contribute to SES responses beyond the local area. |
NSW SES NSW SES | NSW State Emergency Service (SES) is an emergency and rescue service dedicated to assisting the community. NSW SES is a volunteer-based organisation that provides emergency assistance to the people of NSW 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. There are a range of employment opportunities within the staff at NSW SES. The areas vary greatly. They include, but are not limited to:- Call Centre Staff, Operations Management, Fleet Management, Human Resources, Community Education, Work Health and Safety, Intelligence, Planning, Information Technology, Logistics, Media, Public Information, Wellbeing, Members Support Services, Finance and Administration, Training and Assessment.…. Productivity Bootcamp - Andy Nunn | The aim of Productivity Bootcamp is to develop young people into the workforce of the future. Illawarra Shoalhaven Regional Defence Network | The Illawarra Shoalhaven Regional Defence Network is an alliance between the Illawarra Shoalhaven Defence Industry, Shoalhaven City Council, Shoalhaven Business Chamber, and the NSW Government. The Defence Network has a common goal to strengthen the Illawarra Shoalhaven economy by promoting the region’s defence industry capabilities.
