THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the Dubai MONOPOLY Experience?

The Dubai MONOPOLY Experience is a unique immersive project that brings the famous and much- loved game to life in Dubai's finest 5-star hotels.

Each ticket includes:

- Immersive show
- Access to the valet hotel car parking
- 1 soft drink
- 1 hour of MONOPOLY
- 2 competition options: at the table (6 persons each) and between tables - Special prize for the fairest game
- Photo area

Over two hours of MONOPOLY themed fun you’ll meet Uncle Pennibags, Mr Monopoly himself, learn a little about the history of Hasbro’s greatest hit, test your knowledge and skill in individual and team challenges and enjoy an action-packed shortened version of the game, all while competing for some amazing prizes.

Where is the experience located?

The experience is located in Vida Dubai Mall.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in a venue with air conditioning.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 2 hours

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site.

Is there parking available?

Yes, valet parking is available for all ticket holders.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, a casual dress code is required.

Will there be merchandise available?

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes, it's recommended to arrive at the start of your scheduled session to ensure you don't miss any important instructions or activities. Arriving on time also helps maintain the schedule and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Yes, the hotel is pet-friendly, and pets under 10 kg are welcome. Service dogs are also allowed, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Is there an age requirement? ?

We welcome guests of all ages to enjoy the game! However, for a better experience, we recommend Dubai MONOPOLY Experience for players aged 8 and above due to the gameplay requirements.

Will there be strobe lights and/or loud noises?

No, there will not be strobe lights or loud noises.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, restrooms will be available on-site.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, of course! Taking photos and recording the experience is encouraged, as it's part of the fun. There will also be a special photo zone where you can capture memorable moments.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, you can make a group booking! We offer tables for up to 8 guests, and for larger groups, we can arrange special events exclusively for your company.
