Structis takes precautions for the security and privacy of Your personal Data. This Privacy policy’s purpose is to explain how and why we collect Your personal Data, and what we use it for.

Terms like “we”, “us”, “our”, etc. in this Privacy Policy refer to Structis. Terms like “You”, “Your”, etc. refer to You as an applicant.

General description of how we perform personal Data Processing.

As a part of our job applicant selection process, Structis uses Google Forms based Job Application Form (in further text “Application Form”), which is part of G Suite service provided by Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Velasco, Clanwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, VAT number: IE3668997OH to SIA "StructIS" Latvia, Rīga, Ozolciema iela 12 k-2 - 104, LV-1058, VAT number: LV40103908710.

Other ways of acquiring your personal Data may be as follows:

• From yourself by submitting an application and/or CV for participation in the competition for an open job position via any applications, social networks, emails or calls to us;
• From yourself, by providing additional information during the application and recruitment process in any way, mutual or writen.
• Any other way of You submitting Your Data to us.

Data request, purposes and duration.

The access to Your personal records is limited to Structis human resources and/or technical department and company management staff within the scope of an application process for the following purposes:

• evaluation of Your application by Your potential supervisor, and/or the competent human resources staff;
• processing and using Your Data during Recruitment process and preparation of labour contract;
• processing and using Your Data for a period up to one (1) year (in further text  “Database Purpose”). The purpose is to enable us to get in touch with You for professional purposes and to potentially consider You within the scope of another job offering.

Upon completion of the application process, in case of rejection, Your Data will automatically be deleted at the latest after one (1) months – unless otherwise provided for by law.

Legal Basis for Processing.

The processing of Your Data for the above specified purposes is based on consent and is not a statutory or contractual requirement or a requirement for entering into a contract.

In any case Your Data will be processed according to the applicable Data protection act – and upon its effective date in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Types of personal information we may collect.

The Data You fill out in Your submitted job applications, Application Form, Data that may be obtained from your submitted CV and emails, professional social networks (e.g. Linkedin), interviews during the application and recruitment process.

Data storage, accessibility and protection.

Data is stored solely on Google Cloud Platform which is GDPR compliant service. Data can be accessed only by authorized staff according to above specified purposes.

Additional security of Your personal information is provided by our internal policies, procedures and controls in place to try and prevent Your personal information from being accidentally lost or destroyed, altered, disclosed or used or accessed in an unauthorised way or by any third parties, who do not have any legal rights for accessing and processing your personal Data.

Your rights.

As a Data subject, you have a number of statutory rights. Subject to certain conditions, and in certain circumstances, you have the right to:

• withdraw your consent to the Data processing in respect of the application purpose and/or the Database Purpose at any time by notifying us by email without providing any reason with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal;
• request information and rectification of Your Data. You can also rectify your Data by refilling Application Form, in such a case your Data is updated with newer Data;
• request deletion of Your Data;
• request restriction of Your Data processing;
• request the transfer of Your Data so that you can reuse it across different services for your own purposes.
