Dear Students, Chaperons & Parents/Guardians,

In the past week we have had a student drop from the trip for personal reasons, which means that we have a spot that is now open on the trip. Mr. Wilson and I have consulted and decided that due to the timing we will not be opening the trip to another student but rather will be opening it up to a paying adult. That being said we have had numerous adults express interest in joining the trip and so we will be doing a draw for that last spot on the trip. Before sending in your interest please take note of the following information:

1. The adult joining the trip must be the parent/guardian of a student going on the trip. We will not be accepting applications from adult siblings, grandparents, or any other relationship other than parent/guardian.
2. Forms need to be in by 9:00am on May 15th. Forms handed in after that time will not be considered.
3. For the adult joining this is a paying adult spot, not a chaperone spot so they will be paying the full price for the trip which is $4789 with the insurance (you can opt out of this if you want). They have also promised us that we will have the early enrolment discount for the month of May, which means the price will be reduced by $200.00 meaning that the adult needs to sign up by May 30th if they only want to pay $4589.00 (again this is the price with the insurance built in).

Parents/Guardians cannot go on and apply for the trip. The name will be sent to the company after the draw and they will open up the registration for that parent/guardian at that time to register.

EUROPE TRIP ADULT SPOT DRAW

I am the parent/guardian of ___________________________ (please print student name) who is attending the trip. I understand (please check to show understanding) the following:

⛃  The the price of the trip is $4589 (with insurance included ) only until May 30th.

⛃  I will be under the direction of the teachers/administration of NGRHS while on the trip.
