Regarding the experience

What can I expect from the Life In Space Copenhagen ?

For the first time in your life, you will be catapulted into the world of space; you will experience what astronauts do and see through their eyes, and you will understand the importance of space exploration. You will try the world's unique mixed reality platform that combines the virtual discovery of the space station with the reality of the Columbus node

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Bella Center - Copenhagen        

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held inside the Pavilion B entrance 2.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take the time you want, nobody is pushing you out. Thanks to the interactive area, you can stay as long as you like.

Is there air conditioning?

We have both air conditioning and heating

Is the experience accessible for deaf people? 

The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience. However, please note that some elements of the experience have audio

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired? 

Both the venue and the exhibition are friendly to people with disabilities

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will be no strobe lights.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

There is no food available at the exhibition or inside the Bella Center. There are restaurants in the surrounding area, but outside the facility.

Can I take photos or record the experience?r

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Single pictures only.

Can children do VR alone?

Yes, they can

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, there are

Will restrooms be available on site?

Of course, located at the middle of the exhibition

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

Yes, gluten free and vegan options will be available.

Regarding the access to the event

Do I need to wear a mask?

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 5 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

You can decide whether to enter immediately and, depending on the delay, you will miss part of the Apollo videos, or you will enter with the next group

Can I bring animals?

The venue does not allow animals to enter the premises. Service dogs will be permitted with the required certification on hand.

Is there an age requirement? 

All ages are welcome. Children are required to be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is paid parking near the Venue.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other members of the audience.

Are wheelchairs available to rent? 

No

Regarding the tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

yes, you need to see the hourly availability at that specific moment

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Life in Space can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
