Abstrak ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, terdiri dari maksimal 250 kata dan hanya satu paragraf. Abstrak memberikan informasi yang singkat dan jelas tentang (1) rumusan masalah utama/masalah yang relevan; (2) tujuan; (3) metode, terdiri dari (a) pendekatan, (b) waktu penelitian, (c) pengumpulan data, dan (d) analisis; dan (4) kesimpulan dan saran. Ditulis dengan huruf Arial 10 pt, spasi 1.0.

ABSTRACT (English)

Abstract should be written in Indonesian and English, consists of maximum 250 words and only one paragraph. Abstract provides brief and clear information about (1) formulation of the main problem/relevant issue; (2) objectives; (3) methods, consisting of (a) approach, (b) research time, (c) data collection, and (d) analysis; and (4) conclusions and suggestions. Written in Arial 10 pt letters, spacing 1.0.

INTRODUCTION

Introduction contains the background, problem formulation, theoretical frameworks and research purposes which are made in brief. It also explains the importance of the research. The introduction is written a maximum of 3 pages, and there should be no tables and figures in this section.

This section contains justifications for the importance of the topics raised, the state of the art of the topic (what facts already exist, or the results of previous research, what should exist, and what are still the issues and problems, the purpose of writing the topic.

Manuscripts are written in Indonesian. Manuscripts are typed in Microsoft Word with 1 column. A4 paper size with a length (height) 29.7 cm, width (width) 21 cm with dimensions Top 3 cm, Bottom 3 cm, Right 2.5 cm, Left 2.5 cm, Gutter 1 cm. Arial 11 pt font, and 1.5 line spacing. The manuscript is written a maximum of 25 pages.

Use the Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI): https://kbbi.kemdikbud.go.id and General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI): https://cutt.ly/puebi2021 as Indonesian writing guidelines. For example, writing rupiah according to PUEBI is Idr5,600,000 (without spaces), use “00” instead of “-”, or five million six hundred thousand rupiah. Another example, do not use the word "where" as a conjunction, replace it with another word, for example: which, with, place, etc.

RESEARCH METHODS

        Describe in detail and clearly the framework of the research and the methodology used in the research (when the research was conducted, where, what method was used and the data used and the method of analysis). If the method used is known beforehand, references must be included.

Location and Time of  Research

It is clearly explained where and when the research was carried out, it is allowed to be supported by pictures of the research location.

Types and Methods of Data Collection

Mention the type of data used in detail along with the sources.

Analysis Method

It is explained in detail if it is a mathematical equation or formula, numbered sequentially, which is placed at the far right in brackets. If the equation is written in more than one line, the number is written on the last line. The use of letters as mathematical symbols in the text is written in italic such as x. Explanation of the equation is reviewed in Indonesian and English texts.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

This section presents the data and information found by the researchers and is used as a basis for conclusions and even the preparation of new theories. In general, it is presented in stages in three parts: a description of the data findings and information collected. Include supporting data in the form of tables, graphics, and pictures as necessary to clarify and shorten the description that must be given.

The table is concise and given a brief but clear title that only presents essential and easy-to-understand data. The table is given an adequate notes. If the table is the result of processing primary data, it is not necessary to provide information on the source, but if the table is secondary data, a description of the source must be included. Therefore, the table is able to explain the information presented independently. Each table is numbered sequentially and reviewed in the manuscript. The title of the table is typed in Arial 10 pt, 9 pt in the source section and in the words “Table 1.” “Table 2.” and so on in bold. The table uses 2 (two) mandatory languages, namely Indonesian and English. Tables must not be in the form of images of jpg, png, image files, it must be in the form of tables created in Microsoft word. The table title is written at the top of the table, left aligned and marked with a period (.) at the end of the table title.

Images, Graphics and Photos must be sharp and clear so that the prints are of good quality and have a source where the file was taken or the process for obtaining the data. All symbols must be explained. Information on pictures, graphics, and photos must be sufficient to be presented independently. Images, graphics and photos must be explained in the manuscript. All information contained in Images, Graphics, and Photos must use two languages ​​as shown in the table, in Indonesian and English. Images, graphics and photos have a minimum sharpness of 300 dpi.

CONCLUSIONS AND POLICY RECOMMENDATION

Conclusions

Conclusions are described briefly and clearly referring to the main points of discussion and the ability to articulate the main findings to answer the objectives to be achieved and written briefly and clearly in two or three sentences (not in pointers).

Policy Recommendation

In this section, the researcher presents various policy recommendations that can be related to the findings of the study. Policy recommendation contributes to policy making from various social aspects. The format of policy recommendations must be in the form of paragraphs, not in the form of pointers or numbering.

Acknowledgments are written formally to the certain parties, such as research sponsors and those who are really involved in carrying out the research. The words must not be too excessive.

References should be from clear and reliable sources. Every reference listed must be cited/cited in the manuscript and vice versa every citation must be listed in the references. Reference for citation writing uses APA citations style (American Psychological Association) – 7th edition.

Sources in the form of Laws, Government Regulations, Decrees, and others must be included in the Bibliography and cited in the text. The minimum number of bibliography is 20 bibliography with 16 bibliography of which are primary references (scientific journals, proceedings, dissertations, theses, and book chapter) and are published in the last 10 years. Arranged in alphabetical order.
