Updated automatically every 5 minutes

Instructions for claiming MOC Credit through the MiCME portal.

Step 1: Sign into umich.cloud-cme.com

Step 2: Navigate to the My Account tab.

Step 3: Click on the Claim Credit tile. You will see a list of activities that you have attended, need to do Evaluations for and can claim credit for.

Step 4: If the activity test has designated MOC Board credit, you will click on the Claim MOC button.

NOTE: The Claim MOC button will display only for Physicians (i.e. - users who have selected "Physician" as the profession in their Profile). This button will not display for all users.

Step 5: The Claim MOC Credits screen will display.

Step 6: Select the MOC Boards for which you are claiming credit. Check the checkbox next to the MOC Board(s) that will be displayed on your transcript - one or more boards may be selected.

Step 7: Click the Next button.

NOTE: Clicking the Next button will indicate that you give permission for MOC completion information to be shared and transmitted to the ACCME.

Step 8: The next screen allows you to enter their Diplomate ID, Birth Month and Birth Day. You will be required to provide permission for the MOC completion data to be shared and transmitted to ACCME’s PARS or JA-PARS.

NOTE: If a user has the Birth Month, Birth Day, and eligible MOC Board Diplomate IDs completed in their profile, this screen will not display. The user will go directly to the Tests screen in the Attendee Portal, if applicable. The information entered on this screen will save to the user's profile.

Step 9: Complete the fields and click the Submit button.

A Post-Test may or may not be required for an MOC activity. If a user’s profession is not required to take the test on the
Tests tab, then they will receive credit automatically once their attendance has been recorded.

If a user is required to take a test for MOC Board credit, the Tests section will display and they will click on the post test for the activity.

NOTE: All available Post-Tests will display in the Tests area of the Attendee Portal (required and optional tests). Users have the option to complete any Post-Test assigned to an activity.

If a user is required to take a Post-Test, they will need to successfully complete the Post-Test and then complete the activity Evaluation by clicking the Complete Evaluation button.

Step 10: Click the Complete Evaluation button to complete the evaluation.

Step 11: Upon evaluation completion, the activity MOC certificate will display.

Step 12: Click Download Certificate to view the MOC certificate.

NOTE: If there are additional MOC Board credits assigned to the activity test, you can continue to claim MOC credit until all MOC tests are complete and credits awarded.
