- Jeff said it has been a good start to the year. Things are mostly back to “normal” and everyone is hopeful for a great year.
- The school is fully staffed which is great considering so many districts are having a hard time with that.
- Here is a list Jeff provided us here would like to us to consider when planning our spending for the 2022-2023 school year.
- Outdoor upgrades for the back of the school. There was a planning committee and they have come up with a plan for what they would like to see happen.
- This includes finishing the painting of the basketball courts and 4 Square.
- This is weather dependent and Columbus Day seems like it might be a good idea.
- The paint was given to us as a trial base. This means there are some additional things such as photos at different times to see how the paint is wearing.
- Finishing the walking loop at the back of the school. This is his priority project for the year.
- Some of this will be blacktop but due to wetlands and environmental concerns some of this will potentially be crushed stone.
- Once the walking has been looped Jeff would like to add 3 stations/exercise equipment pieces for the kids to use.
- This will be potentially a multiyear process as the pieces for all 3 could range between 15k to 20k.
- Beth is going to look into any grants that maybe available to help offset the cost of this project.

- Assemblies
- Student of the month

- Jeff was asked if the students are using the recess equipment that was purchased at the end of the last year. He said that it is up to the teachers outside on duty. He will remind staff it is there and should be utilized.
- He did also mention that some of the items did not last and could be replenished. We will check with staff to see what was popular enough to be purchased again.
