Discussion
Another triple topic week! Thankfully, it’s not as crazy as previous weeks. To start, Alca7raz and Nemesis review Friendship is Magic #57. It’s a single-issue story, and it revolves around Pinkie and Discord’s powers. Oh dear. That seems like an apocalypse waiting to happen. They also have two Equestria Girls shorts to take a look at. Not a lot to them, considering they’re, well, short.
But in the primary discussion, it’s “Triple Threat!” A Spike episode with Ember and Thorax. Hmm. And there’s a lot to like about it… But the actual core premise is kinda flimsy, and there’s a few little oddities here and there. They’ll get into that. And gush about Ember. Because she’s cool! Also, the cutie map is a thing. For some reason. Well.
