The Experience

Where is the experience located?

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
Indoors.

How long does the event last?
Approximately 60 minutes: a 10-minute tour followed by a 45-minute show.

Is air conditioning available on-site?
No. The church is slightly heated. It is advisable to dress appropriately based on the outside temperature.

Can I use my camera during the experience?
Yes, you can take photos and videos with your camera’s flash switched off. However, cameras with telephoto lenses are prohibited.

Will food and drinks be available for sale on-site?
No. This is a place of worship, so eating and drinking are not permitted.

Can I smoke or vape?
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.

Is there a cloakroom or lockers?
No.

Are there toilets on-site?
There are no accessible toilets. We advise you to take precautions before the show or use the nearest public restrooms:

Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, some sections of the show include strobe light effects.

How loud will the sound be?
We comply with the August 7, 2017, decree on the broadcasting of amplified sound. An immersive sound system is used to enhance the emotional impact of the music.

What is the minimum age requirement?
The recommended age is 7.

How far in advance should I arrive?
Approximately 30 minutes before the show. Queuing takes place outdoors, so please bring rain gear or warm clothing, depending on the weather.

Practical Information

For the quality of the experience and the comfort of all guests, seating is required throughout the show. Early departures (except for medical reasons) are not permitted.

Due to the immersive nature of the show, Immersia is not suitable for children under 4 years old. The presence of babies and toddlers (0-4 years) is strongly discouraged.

Strollers and bulky items are not permitted.

What are the different ticket and price options?
There are two ticket categories based on seating location in the church:

Different fares are available for the Silver Category, including reduced, group, and family rates.
Proof of eligibility for reduced fares must be presented to reception staff.

What is your refund/exchange policy?
As stated in our General Terms and Conditions, tickets are non-refundable. The non-refundability terms are accepted at the time of purchase.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your e-ticket will be validated directly via the Fever app.
