Are you that Chief Officer who has the ISM / ISPS / MLC and all of the other regulations down pat?  Are you perfectly comfortable with the Administration side of Bridge Management?  Are you great with responsibility and working as part of the overall team?

If this is you - we've got a program that is itching for you to join.  This 75m+ Northern European build is looking for a Chief who knows how to cross the t's and dot the i's.  Attention to detail, organization, drills, and the dreaded paperwork.  The Captain gets to have most of the fun - driving is his....the office is yours.  

That being said, the Captain is a happy, growth oriented professional and has stated that he is happy to get you some wheel time - it will not be crossings or repositionings at first, the Owner insists on the Captain doing this, but you will get wheel time.

They are asking us to source candidates with that attention to detail, good personality, happy dispositions - you know, the soft skills that go into making a great team member.

They are also requesting the Master 3000 - Cayman Endorsed, ECDIS - we don't hold this document, so you'll need to send a copy, and extensive experience with ISM / ISPS.

It is a private cabin so we can consider all candidates for the position, but we expect the position to go quickly to somebody with great references and a history of making commitments.

By the way, they do Charter occasionally - but they do not travel a ton, so sea time is not building tremendously fast.

The wages will depend on what you bring to the table and we do not share in either direction.
