Required Trainings and Forms for 377 Classified Staff

Acceptable Use Policy Information – all district staff members who use of district technology, network, and internet resources are required to be knowledgeable of the district Acceptable Use policy and must sign an Acceptable Use Policy Acknowledgement form

Asbestos Notice – all USD 377 staff are required to submit an Asbestos Notice Acknowledgement form.

​Safety Handbook Information – the Safety Handbook states the employer's policies and practices in effect on the date of publication. To the extent that the USD #377 Employee Safety Handbook sets out policies, that are to be complied with by all employees. Failure to do so is a violation and may result in disciplinary action up to and including Termination. All employees are required to submit a Safety Handbook Acknowledgement Form.

Transportation Disclosure Form – the form is for any school employee who transports students.

Harassment Policies - All USD 377 staff need to acknowledge reading and understanding the Sexual Harassment and Racial & Disability Harassment Policies.

Infinitec Online Training System – Infinitec is the website staff members will use to complete mandated annual Bloodborne Pathogens training.

You will need to create your own user account to watch these videos.After each video, you must take and pass the quiz.  A printed certificate should be give to your supervisor.
