Noty.ai Privacy for Humans
Hello there! 👋
At Noty.ai, we are committed to protecting your privacy. That’s our utmost priority. We respect your privacy concerns and want to ensure transparency on what data we collect, and how it may be used.
We have created this page to show you:
Your data consists of the following: your name, password, linked accounts (e.g. Google, Slack, Notion, etc.), meeting names, transcripts, screenshots in addition to analytics and other data covered below.
This data is stored on an encrypted database within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This database is located in Belgium, behind a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) that only privileged servers have access to (e.g. our backend application servers).
For transcripts, you can enable client-side storage. It means that transcripts are stored on your device only and you can access them from that device. If you are interested in such a feature, please email us at email@example.com.
We do not share your data with any third parties, except where we need to do that to provide the services and enhance your user experience. We only send your data to trusted third-party systems that follow strict privacy and security controls. We think it’s important to explain to you what these systems are and why we send your data to these systems.
If you do not agree with your data going to a specific system or don’t understand our reasoning, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want to permanently delete all of your data from all our systems, you can email us at email@example.com. Please note if we delete all your data most likely we will not be able to provide you services.
Nature of Processing: User analytics service
What: Mixpanel is our main analytics platform. It allows us to analyze, measure, and improve user experience. We can track whether a particular feature or extension, in general, is successful in delivering value to our users, and it lets us discover new trends of usage via conversion funnels, event segmentation, data pathways, retention charts, and cohort analysis.
Why: To build a product that delivers immense value to our users, we have to constantly be innovating. We need a way to see trends in usage, so we can swiftly fix things that don’t deliver value.
Nature of Processing: Data analytics service
What: Google Analytics is an analytics platform that helps us to understand where on the web our users are coming from.
Why: We need to know where our users are finding us so we can promote our product more with those partners and channels.
Nature of Processing: Error logging service
What: Sentry is our error logging platform. It helps us to discover and fix errors in real-time. When you get an error, we get it too so we can fix bugs as soon as possible.
Why: We use Sentry to identify, diagnose and fix issues and bugs in our systems. This data includes your IP address. We need it to get a general location the error is happening and identify bugs that are related to time zones.
Nature of Processing: Campaign and promotion email service
What: Sendinblue is our email marketing service provider. We use it to manage and send emails to you.
Why: We want to communicate with you. Data sent to Sendinblue includes only your email address and full name. We may use your data to contact you with a newsletter about product news, updates or special offers, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of your interest. You can always unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe option or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Nature of Processing: Tool to manage our leads
What: Tilda Publishing is our tool to manage leads. It allows us to capture leads from forms and track where your users are coming from.
Why: We want to understand where our users are coming from, which pages they visited before contacting us or how they interacted with our page.
