Mon Ami builds modern technology solutions for a sector traditionally overlooked by tech - senior services.  As the number of adults over 65 doubles from 50M to 100M in the next few decades, the institutions that provide aging services will need to drastically scale their operations to keep up.

About the position:

Our clients are at the frontlines of providing life-sustaining services to seniors.  With this in mind, our Client Success team helps clients adopt Mon Ami technology to solve their most critical operational problems.  Our existing team has diverse backgrounds in education, law, marketing, but who all enjoy tough challenges and seek out work that makes a meaningful difference.  

As a member of the Client Success team, you’ll act as a partner to our clients across their lifecycle.  You’ll guide them to onboard Mon Ami successfully, to adopt it widely across their organization, and find ways for our products to serve them better.  In addition, you’ll work frequently with product and sales to inform how we build great products and how we communicate benefits to potential clients.

This position can be located anywhere in the United States, though our current staff are mostly in California.  Benefits include health insurance, 15 days PTO, and paid family leave.
