Dear Mr Tobermann

Thank you for getting in touch.

Following the decision of the Development Management Sub-Committee on 30 January, the University is in discussions with the developer about their plans for the Stead’s Place site.

As you are aware, it is Drum Property Group which is seeking to develop the Stead’s Place site and it is, therefore, their decision as to whether to continue with the planning application as it stands, or amend it in light of the Committee’s feedback.

Kind regards,

Richard

In light of the recent decision of the recent planning decision, I would be grateful if you could indicate whether the University is likely to continue to have an interest in the development at 156, 158b, 160 and 162 Leith Walk proposed by Drum?
