Keep Colorado Wild Pass – Refund Guide
Updated: 03/22/2023
- REQUIRED: Before you can request a refund, your Keep Colorado Wild Pass must be linked to a customer account on CPWshop.com. Follow the instructions outlined in the Keep Colorado Wild Pass – Link to CPWshop.com Guide.
- Residents have 60 days after the Keep Colorado Wild Pass purchase date to file for a Keep Colorado Wild Pass refund.
- Customers will be refunded by check for Keep Colorado Wild Pass refunds. Refunds for overlapping CPW annual park passes will be made to the card on file in the system used for online or phone purchases. Checks may take up to 90 days for customers to receive.
- For overlapping valid annual state park passes, the refund is based on a flat prorated refund structure and the number of valid months remaining on the annual state park pass. The prorated amount will be based on the price of the original purchased annual pass divided by 12 months and rounded up to the nearest dollar. A refund will not be granted for passes that were used for nine months or more.
- Prorated refunds will be based on when the refund request is submitted, not when the pass is purchased.
- The Keep Colorado Wild Pass license plate must match the license plate on file for the annual pass to be eligible for a refund.
- Daily passes and discounted bulk voucher passes are not eligible for refunds.
- Please ensure your contact information and mailing address on file are correct to ensure you can receive your refund in a timely manner.
