Pursuant to section 10 (1) (c) of SB11-241, Concerning changes related to the operation of the parole board, and making an appropriation in connection therewith., please be advised that the estimated net reduction in general fund revenues appropriated in section 3 of HB 11-1064, for the state fiscal year 2011-12 indicates a net reduction in General Fund greater than the general fund appropriation made for the implementation of SB11-241 for the state fiscal year 2011-12, as reflected in section 9 of SB1-241. I am filing notice of such determination with the Revisor of Statutes as of 5:00 pm on this 24th day of June 2011.
