Please review this guide for step by step information on how to enter Office Discipline Referrals in TeacherVUE. Please note that this is a general guide for the Synergy system and is not SFUSD specific.

Student Conference Notes (Synergy SIS Users)

Administrators and Counselors with Synergy SIS access can use the Student Conference Module in Synergy to record interventions and pull reports related to the interventions recorded at their school. Please use this link to download a full step by step user guide for the Student Conference Module.

The following codes have been added to the Description drop down menu:

• CCT Consultation - use this description when documenting a Coordinated Care Team Consultation.
• Family/Student Support Meeting (family presence req’d) - please use this in place of the SAP/SST designation.
• Physical Altercation with Peers - this code can be used for physical altercations between students.
• Physical Altercation with others - please use this code to designate physical altercations that occur with other community members (Staff, Community Members, etc.)
• Attendance Support - use this code to document general attendance interventions and supports.
• Attendance Support Meeting - please use this description to document Family/Student meetings that are attendance focused.
• Attendance Support Truancy Letter - this code can be used when documenting attendance letters that are sent to families.
• Attendance Support Other - please use this descriptor to document other attendance interventions, such as home visits (please note that Home Visits are not currently recommended by the Department of Public Health per COVID-19 Safety Guidelines).

Entering Comments -

• Comment - Please use the Comment text field for general information related to a  Student Conference record.
• Private Comment - Please use the Private Comment field to enter sensitive information as needed. Please refer to FERPA Guidelines for additional information.
