Exchange /Return policy  

General provisions.

The  following rules of exchange/return of goods and services  content the  regulation  of exchange/ return of goods by  «Lisi Sports» LLC (identification number: 405489118, e-mail: info@gymnasia.com, legal address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Vake-Saburtalo District, Kvemo Lisi Village, actual address: Georgia, Asia Tbilisi, E. Amashukeli 14a Street, telephone: +995 551 53 75 37), as well as compensation  of the value of goods and services,  including the rights and obligations of «Gymnasia» and a Client in the process of exchange/return of purchased goods and services.

Return or exchange of purchased goods is allowed  if 15 calendar days have not passed since the purchase,  otherwise  «Gymnasia» does not carry out return or exchange of goods. Returning   goods  must  be unused and in the original condition. It should also be in the original package. Cancellation of services provided to the Client is possible within 15 calendar days after purchase of the service.

To complete the return, the Client is required to provide «Gymnasia» with an identity document, receipt or proof of purchase.

Cashback.

In case of return or exchange, the customer should contact Gymnasia by phone: 995 551 53 75 37. The customer must provide «Gymnasia» the identification details  of the returned goods, the order number and date and the reason for the return. Than the Client should to upload the photos of the goods and the payment confirmation and send these documents to the e-mail address: info@gymnasia.com.  «Gymnasia»  will notify the Client of  approval or rejection of the refund within 5 (five) calendar days.

The goods can be returned or exchanged if they do not match:

* to ordered goods,

* quality of ordered goods,

* quantity of ordered goods.

Terms of return of goods:

* receipt of payment  provided by Client;

* identity card provided by Client;

* the product is presented in the original package.

If the goods are returned, the company undertakes to reimburse 100% of the paid amount if:

* the product is in its original state and includes all parts (if any) received at the time of purchase.

If the Client has not yet received the refund, he should first check his bank account, then contact the bank that issued his bank card, as it may take some time before the refund will be officially received.  It often takes some time to process before a refund is sent. If the Client has done all this but has not received a refund, he have to contact «Gymnasia» at info@gymnasia.com.

Refund of funds for services in case of unilateral termination of the contract on the use of sports and other services of «Gymnasia» site is carried out in accordance with the rules contained in the public offer («Agreement of Public Offer»).        

Products with discount.

Refunds are possible only for goods at the usual price.  Discount products are not refundable.

Exchanging  

«Gymnasia»  replaces the goods if they were defective or damaged before the moment of sale only. Rules for compensation of transport services:

In case of return/exchange of goods by the user, «Gymnasia» reimburses the cost of delivery:

* if the delivered goods do not match the description of the goods presented on the website;

* if  product has a factory defect;

* if  the product was damaged during transportation.

Time of exchange of goods:

* in case of confirmation of the replacement application, the company will provide the customer with identical goods within 5 (five) working days;

* if there is no product at this time, the company will refund the paid amount within 5 (five) working days.
