How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Here are some of the documents we accept:

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Step-free Access

The recommended entrance for wheelchair users and anyone requiring step-free access is the North Transept entrance, which has ramped access leading directly onto the Cathedral floor.

A number of Cathedral wheelchairs are also available on request.

Parking & Drop-off

Information on individual disabled parking near the Cathedral can be found via the City of London website.

If you are travelling with disabled passengers in a minibus, please contact 0207 246 8350 in advance so arrangements can be made for drop-off.

For single disabled passengers arriving by drop-off, please email events@stpaulscathedral.org.uk who will be able to advise you.

Please note: the lift between the Cathedral floor and the Crypt is limited in size (1,400mm length x 1,300mm width). Larger scooters, especially many Class 3 and some larger Class 2 models, may not fit. We recommend checking your scooter’s dimensions in advance.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
