the associations Centre Bouddhiste de Marzens (cultural association under the 1901 law), and Institut Vajra Yogini pour l’Eflourissement de la Sagesse (religious association under the 1905 law)

Reservation cancellation conditions

Applicable from April 1, 2026  (date of registration)

1. Events for which advance payment is optional

• In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date :
  100% of the amount already paid will be refunded, less€15 processing fee.
• In case of cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the arrival date :
  50% of the total booking amount will be due, whether payment has already been made or not.
• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date :
  100% of the total booking amount will be due, whether payment has already been made or not.

2. Events for which advance payment is mandatory

• In case of cancellation more than 21 days before the arrival date :
  100% of the amount paid will be refunded, less a €15 processing fee.
• In case of cancellation between 21 days and 7 days before the arrival date :
  50% of the total booking amount will be due.
• In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date:
  100% of the total booking amount will be due.

3. Online retreats and courses

• In case of cancellation up to the day before the start of the event :
  100% of the amount paid will be refunded, less a €15 processing fee.
• In case of cancellation after the event has started :
  No refunds will be issued.

4. Exception in case of force majeure

In the event of duly justified force majeure, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, less a €15 processing fee.

The following are considered cases of force majeure:

• natural disasters: earthquake, hurricane, flood, volcanic eruption;
• the death or serious hospitalization of the client or an immediate relative;
• major accidents that physically prevent the client from moving;
• government decisions such as travel bans, border closures or cancellations of official events;
• unforeseen transport disruptions or cancellations, such as a cancelled flight or train.
