Various engineering duties in the field of semiconductor-grade quartzware production, including Technical Liaison, Project Manager, Product Engineer, and Rapid Prototype Cell Manager

Acted as intermediary between Japan and Portland factories and worked on new product qualification for international customers

Managed teams to perform Root Cause / Corrective Action analysis
Communicated and met directly with our largest customer in regard to production change requests, ongoing projects, and quality scorecard
Engaged in process development for increased production stability
Used statistical tools to respond to quality excursions
Created manufacturing blueprints, procedures, and technical information for operators
Developed schedules for all manufacturing activities to ensure on time delivery to customer need date. Removed obstacles impeding delivery

Acted as primary point of contact and technical interface for the customer throughout the prototyping and first-time build process

Veggit — Recipe saver and editor

A MERN application that allows users to create profiles, add recipes from scratch (including image upload), and import recipes via URL from other recipe sites.

Created a front-end in React, and wrote API endpoints to connect to a Node.js backend
Used the Spoonacular API to import recipes from other sites
Implemented secure user authentication
Integrated AWS S3 service for recipe image storage

Streaming Radio — An original WordPress theme

Created a user-friendly theme from the Underscores starter theme, along with Bootstrap.

Theme includes an embedded music player, DJ (author pages), a blog, and contact forms.
Created thorough documentation for both the end user and developer
Custom JavaScript-enabled collapsible navbar
Used Gulp.js task runner for effective deployment to production

A collaboration between developer cohorts wherein we used GitHub Actions to configure a CD/CI pipeline to build and deploy a Japanese-language study app. I designed the frontend in Figma, and built using React, Typescript, and React Testing Library
