The Experience

What can I expect from the event?
Sorolla, A New Dimension is a spectacular tribute to the Valencian artist through cutting-edge exhibition technologies currently on offer. It features a didactic and interactive museography with immersive 360º projections, virtual reality, digital installations, scenography, and other technological resources.

Where is the experience held?
At the Centre d’Art Amatller (Passeig de Gràcia 41, Barcelona).

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place in an indoor space. The facilities are both air-conditioned and heated.

How long does the experience last?
To give you a rough idea, people usually spend 1 hour at this experience.

Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?
There will be a place to buy food and beverages.

Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality.

In what language will the experience be?
The experience will be available in Spanish, English and Catalan

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever app, available at Google Play and the Apple Store
On Fever's website

Can I buy tickets on the door?

We will have a ticket office on-site. However, tickets might be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking on "Transfer Tickets" in your Fever application entry. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, under the 'Tickets' section. If you don't have the application installed, you can download it from the Apple Store o Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In this case, please contact us indicating the identification number of your ticket. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please consult our T&Cs.

Are there free tickets for children?

Free admission for children under 6 years of age

Can I make a group reservation?

If you wish to book for a large group, please contact groups@feverup.com with your preferred date of attendance and group size.

Do you offer press passes?

Event Access

What are the general access rules?

Exhibition open from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (last access at 8:30 p.m.).

Approximately 60 minutes are recommended to complete the entire tour.

You can enter the exhibition up to 10 minutes before the start of the next session. For example, if you have purchased a ticket for the 12:30 p.m. session, you can enter up until 12:50 p.m.

There is a designated entry time, but no designated exit time. Your ticket is valid for the entire day within the exhibition space. You are not allowed to exit and re-enter.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Is the site accessible?

Yes, the event will be held in an accessible location. The space of the Centre d'Art Amatller is adapted for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility.

Is parking available?

There is no private parking at the Centre d'Art Amatller but there is parking space for motorcycles in front of Casa Amatller. For cars, we recommend a nearby parking that you can find in the following link: Casa Amatller parking.

Metro:

We recommend the green line (L3) Passeig de Gràcia stop, which stops 1 minute away.

Also, the purple line (L2) Passeig de Gràcia stop, which stops 4 minutes away. Also the yellow line (L4) Passeig de Gràcia stop, which stops 4 minutes away.

Buses:

H10, V15, 7, 22 and 24.

By bike you can get there by the different bike lanes available. There are three Bicing stations near Casa Amatller:

C/ Ps. de Gracia, 61, 2 minutes walking distance.

Rambla Cataluña, 47, 2 minutes walking distance.

C/ Aragón, 288, 2 minutes walking distance.

Will there be strobe lights?

Access to the experience is not recommended for people with epilepsy.

Will there be restrooms available on site?

This place has restrooms, ask for directions to our staff on site.

Can I take pictures or record the experience?

Visitors are allowed to take photographs throughout the premises, provided that they are taken without flash.

Where can I inquire about lost and found?

We recommend asking the staff if they have found your belongings. If you can't ask them on site, please contact us.

Is there a checkroom available?

Unfortunately, this venue does not have a checkroom.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome at this experience! Please note that the space is stroller accessible.

Can minors go to the event alone?

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
