External Relation Internship
I worked on the External Relations team at the BYU Law School. They work on fundraising, communicating with alumni, publishing newsletters, hosting events, and running social media.
The team saw improved communication with thousands of previously unconnected alumni through my work.
Contact Maintenance
- Improved and refined the contact data of 12,000+ alumni through Hubspot services
Alumni Communication
- Drafted, wrote and sent newsletters to 7,000+ BYU Law Alumni recipients
- Led campaign "Alumni Allies" by emailing 250+ alumni and students the monthly discussion prompts
- Maintained email inboxes and responded to all inquiries
Independent Creation
- Oversaw the weekly staff meetings and agenda creation
- Created graphics through Canva and PowerPoints for event planning and hosting

- I was part of a team assigned to research and create coverage reports for a company called ZenMedia. We used MuckRack to track the data and then presented our findings to ZenMedia supervisors via Google Slides.
