Ceramic Coating Warranty & Maintenance Policy

Warranty Coverage

(!) Ceramic and graphene coating performance is heavily dependent on proper maintenance. Any installation-related issues, including abnormal hydrophobic performance, would be evident within the first wash following application. Customers are expected to inspect and verify the vehicle after the initial wash and report any concerns promptly. If there are no concerns after the first wash following installation, the coating will be considered properly installed and functioning as intended. From that point onward, maintaining the coating's hydrophobic properties becomes the owner's responsibility. Our company is responsible for the installation of the product, once it has been installed correctly, the everyday maintenance is not under our control, that is the owners responsibility. We have created a thorough maintenance policy which all customers should follow to ensure the coating is always performing at its peak performance.(!)

The warranty covers:

• Proven application defects such as high spots, uneven spots.
• Premature failure of the coating under proper care conditions (after a proper maintenance service, this can be correctly assessed)

How do I maintain my coating?

• Hand washing with a wash mitt/towel every two weeks . Towel dry paint to avoid water spots.
• Iron remover every 2-3 months
• Avoid swirling the paint with any type of brush
• Avoid automatic style washes
• 6 month maintenance service (well maintained vehicles will get a pass until the next service is due, we will decide this once we see the vehicle and workout what works best for you)

What Is NOT Covered

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and performance decline over time
• Changes in water behavior (beading/sheeting)
• Lack of maintenance or improper washing techniques
• Environmental contamination (road film, salt, hard water, tree sap, etc.)
• Automatic car washes or abrasive cleaning methods
• Neglect or failure to follow recommended care guidelines
• Maintenance services

Time Limits On Claims

• Hydrophobic performance concerns, including reduced water beading or sheeting, would typically become evident within the first wash following installation. Once the coating is confirmed to be working correctly after installation, it is on the customer to maintain the work we completed. Once the coating has been properly applied and inspected, the long-term performance of the coating is heavily dependent on proper maintenance and aftercare by the owner.

To maintain the coating’s hydrophobic properties and durability, customers must follow the recommended wash and maintenance guidelines provided by our company. Improper washing methods, automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, environmental contamination, and lack of maintenance can significantly reduce coating performance over time.

Our warranty covers installation-related defects only and does not cover deterioration caused by improper maintenance or neglect.

• Any concerns MUST be reported within a reasonable timeframe after being noticed. Delayed reporting may affect eligibility for warranty consideration. If the vehicle is due for maintenance, that MUST be completed before any warranty claim can be submitted.

Important Note on Water Beading

Water beading is not a reliable indicator of coating health.

Over time, contamination can reduce hydrophobic effects even when the coating is still intact. This is normal and does not indicate coating failure.

Maintenance Requirements

To maintain performance and warranty eligibility, the vehicle must receive:

• Proper hand washing using pH-neutral products
• Regular cleaning to prevent buildup
• Required 6-month  maintenance service
• Failure to maintain the vehicle may void warranty coverage.

Inspection & Claims Process

Warranty claims cannot be made if the vehicle is due for a maintenance service, the service MUST be completed before any warranty claim. Contact us for maintenance service pricing.

• All warranty claims require an in-person inspection
• Vehicle must be presented in clean condition for proper assessment
• If a defect is confirmed, it will be corrected at no cost
• If no defect is found, a paid maintenance/refresh service may be recommended

Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Reapplication of the coating due to normal wear
• Full vehicle repolishing or refinishing after extended use
• Any damage caused by external factors or improper care
