ZuksOffRoad.com Siamese Twin Sticks

The sticks have arrived and now it is time to install them. Instructions for removing the center detent ball are in the installation gear instructions found here.

NOTE: The front case has been removed to show the trigger fitment in the notch of the fork shifting rods. IF your rods have been elongated for using a twisted or funky  H pattern, the shift rods must be replaced.

NOTE” The center detent ball is located between the two rods. Shown in the installation instructions as hiding in the hole to insert second shift rod.

Each Siamese stick trigger has been fit into a OEM Suzuki shift rod. IF your sticks are not dropping into the notches some filing may be required.

While the front output case is off, checking the fit is recommended.

Lubing the O-ring will help the cup drop. Be sure to orientate the locking ring correctly.

When the sticks are going in you may need to bend them so the triggers drop down. Orientate the drop in locking plate and insert/snug up the two allen screws If you need to cut the floor where shown OR if stick is touching body before engaging the shift rod detent, bend the stick as needed.

ZOR made these as tight as possible to fit with our famous seat swaps and other products. This postion shown here is 4 high.

Stick closest to the driver is HI-N-LO

Stick closest to the Passenger is 2-4.

Apply lubricant to stick shafts and squeeze together as tight as possible when sliding ZOR twin boot over the sticks.
