1. Account Information

We don’t share your private account information to the public or any 3rd party unless the information is meant to be public for business and marketing purposes. The following shows the examples of how we classify certain account information as private and public:

1. Private information

Except for the OTK Management, Support, and Customer Service personnel, private account information is meant to be private within the organization that owns the account only and may be shared with certain authorized users within the same account. Such information including but not limited to the following:

• Financial Information, such as credit balances, credit/debit cards, and payment transactions information. However, please note that we don’t store our members’ credit or debit card information on our system database unless otherwise being used by PayPal® as browser’s cookies information to improve your online payment experience. By using the MTN Online Payment System, you’re also bound to PayPal's privacy policy and terms of service.
• Performance & Usage Reports, e.g. the full monthly performance and usage reports. However, we may extract and/or process certain parts of the information to promote the popularity of your brand, products and services to the public as part of our value-added services.
• Violation details of MTN Terms of Service (if any) that have led to account and/or subscription(s) suspension or termination.We don’t disclose any violation details of our members to the public except with some general terms such as “No such account”, “This account does not exist”, “The content owner has yet to activate the content”, “Page not found”, “The content no longer exists” and so on.

2. Public Information

Public account information is meant to be public and visible to everyone for business and marketing purposes. Such information including but not limited to the following:

• Branding, Products, & Services Information, such as personal or organizational brand name, name of products and services, descriptions, achievements, awards, detailed specification of products and services, and any information written on the PDF files submitted by the CloudWorms subscribers while creating and publishing the PDF Viewers, and the company profile and course contents submitted by the Classic I’MTP members.
• Contact Information, e.g. email addresses, telephone numbers, mobile phone numbers, social media profiles, and website URLs that have been selected by the users as their public facing information, whether explicitly or implicitly, via the MTN Web Store App. However, we don’t sell any precompiled contact information to any third party in bulk, such as mailing lists, as part of our direct revenue in a form of monetary value.
• Contents submitted by users via the app components as listed below:

• CloudWorms PDF Viewers
• Company/User Profile
• Course Contents & Company Profile submitted by Classic I’MTP members via the old I’MTP Service Centre.

2. User Information

Except user name and contact information that has been deliberately made public by the users, which also fall under section 1.2 - Public Information, all other user information of MTN Web Store App, including but not limited to user password and credit/debit card information, is usually private to that particular user only. Also note that the user's online payment information, including but not limited to credit/debit card information, is also bound to PayPal’s privacy policy and service terms. However, information published on a user profile is meant to be public unless the user chooses not to specify anything for a particular profile item or not to publish his or her profile entirely.

3. Cookies

We may use cookies to personalise content, to provide social media features and to analyse our traffic. We also share information about your use of our site with our social media and analytics partners who may combine it with other information that you’ve provided to them or that they’ve collected from your use of their services. Our online payment gateway partner and all other third party components required by our online services may use cookies according to their respective cookies and privacy policies. By using MTN Web Store App, you’re also bound to the said third parties’ cookies and privacy policies.

Users have the right to delete cookies needed by MTN Web Store App, may it be partially deleted or completely removed; by doing so however, the functionality of MTN Web Store App may not work properly. OTK Web Solutions will not be liable for any potential losses and/or data integrity issues caused by any cookies removal by the users.

4. Change of Policy

This privacy policy may be subject to change for future improvements.
