• Oncology

• Two General Oncology groups - Allina Health Cancer Institute (AHCI) and MN Oncology (MNO).
• AHCI: No new consults yet. They should be consulted on their own patients and those of the Regional Allina Centers.

• Currently we are the admitting team for scheduled infusions.

• Affiliated Oncologists: Dr. Jasmine Kamboj, Dr. Anas Khanfar, Dr. Florence Kotiso, Dr. Vijay Rao, Dr. Arvind Vemula

• MNO: All new consults. They should be consulted on MNO patients. They are the admitting team for their scheduled infusions.

• Drs. Stuart Bloom, Samith Kochuparambil, Timothy Larson, Joseph Leach, Diaa Osman, John Seng, Paul Thurmes, Michaela Tsai, Paul Zander. NP: Amy Yilek

• GYN/ONC (MNO): Emily Prendergast, Catherine Casey
• Thoracic Surgery (MNO): Matt Graczyk, Eric Anderson
• Neuro Oncology: Dr. Trusheim. Office number 612-863-3732. He works with APPs. He is not covered by either MNO or AHCI
• Sickle cell patients:

• We are primary with Heme/Onc consultation (MNO typically). Pain team should be consulted on admission. For frequent admissions or complicated issues, consider referral to UTP committee.
