9. Staking and Commission
9.1 Commission is calculated based on your profit at the end of each calendar month (profit to be calculated on number of points gained multiplied by your stake)
9.2 The minimum stake per bet is £5, if you decide to bet less than £5 per bet, commission will still be charged on profit calculated to £5 stakes.
9.3 I-bet recommends a 200 point bank, therefore your stake will be calculated by taking your total bank size divided by 200, so a minimum bank of £1000 is required to begin on £5 stakes.
9.4 You will be expected to increase your stake at the start of each month in accordance with your profits for the previous month, until you reach £25 stakes. This is calculated by adding your total bank at the start of the month with your net profit (gross profit - minus commission) then dividing by 200 (rounded to the nearest £0.50). See example below:
Starting bank: £1,000
Starting Stake: £5 (£1,000 / 200)
Gross Profit for the month: 100 Points x £5 stake - £500
Commission: £500 x 25% = £125
Net Profit : £500 - £125 = £375
New Bank: £1,000 + £375 = £1,375
New Stake: £1,375 / 200 = 6.87 (or £7 rounded to the nearest £0.50)
9.5 Commission is payable as a % of profit and varies according to stake:
I. £5 up to £25 stake – 25% commission
II. £25 up to £30 – 24% commission
III. £30 up to £35 – 23% commission
IV. £35 up to £40 – 22% commission
V. £40 up to £45 – 21% commission
VI. £45 and over – 20% commission
9.6 Losses from previous months will not be taken into account when calculating commission for subsequent months
9.7 While i-betuk Limited does not currently charge VAT on commission, it reserves the right to do so in the future.
9.8 From time to time i-betuk Limited may request to see bookmaker statements for specific bets, if you are found to be betting more than the stake recorded on i-BET at the time of bet placement, you are considered to be in breach of these terms.
