Anxiety Regulation Worksheet
- Write how you feel about your anxiety. Rate the intensity of your feelings.
- Write down the things or situations that cause you anxiety. Note your anxiety level associated with each situation.
- Identify your basic needs (safety, affection). Think about how often these needs are being met.
- Note down relaxation techniques which you can utilize to calm your emotions.

- Make an action plan to manage the situations that cause you anxiety. Link the plan to meet your needs. Create a timeline to achieve the action plan.
